# Need a hand with Blocker?

Write to support@getblocker.app for help with the app, your licence, or a purchase. Blocker is built by Léo Mathurin.

## App support

Email  [support@getblocker.app](mailto:support@getblocker.app) . Describe what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which version of Blocker and macOS you use. For a browser-specific problem, include the browser name. A short set of steps helps make the problem reproducible.

You do not need to send your full blocklist or browsing history. If you attach a screenshot, leave out anything you do not want to share. Answers about setup, certificates, and lock modes are also in the  [FAQ](https://getblocker.app/#faq) .

## Purchases and licences

For a licence or payment question, write from the email address used at checkout and describe the issue. Polar processes Blocker purchases. Never send a card number or password. The  [terms of service](https://getblocker.app/terms)  explain the trial, licence, and refund policy.

## Ideas and privacy questions

Suggest improvements on the  [feature request board](https://blocker.canny.io/) . For questions about personal data or to request removal from a waitlist, use the support email above. The  [privacy policy](https://getblocker.app/privacy)  describes what information is received and how it is used.
